Lisbon based director, Sergio Henriques is known for his visually complex/imaginative films, his structural storytelling and his ability to help actors shine. Over the years, Sergio has developed an individualized style, which has made his work popular in advertising agencies around the world. He’s a much respected director in Portugal and has won multiple awards/prizes for his outstanding work.

For his films supporting the Campaign Against Domestic Violence, Sergio recently won the Grand Prix Premios Lusófonos, Bronze Premios Lusófonos, and Prata Premios Colunistas RJ (Brasil)
During the pandemic, Sergio created and directed "A Série", a Portuguese TV series that aired on RTP, the Portuguese national broadcaster.
Sergio is currently in development on his first feature film, set to shoot in 2026
